Have you ever made a Vision Board?  Did you go through magazines and cut out pictures, words, and phrases that grab your attention or mean something to you, then glue them onto a poster board, creating a vision of the things you want to attract in your life?

I did my first Vision Board in January of 2014. It actually took me until September to really finish it, though.  I kept adding and taking things away, and it just never seemed to look just the way I wanted it to. It was a time when I was struggling with what I really wanted to do with the rest of my life, and since I pretty much suck and making decisions, I just couldn’t seem to get it right…

Looking at that board now, I noticed that it has a lot of words that have to do with change, starting new, and finding clarity.  I hung my vision board near my bed and did my best to look at it every day. There are things on it that actually happened, like the section about my business, and finding the perfect team.  I actually did find a new direction for my life this past year, and I did see a lot of sunsets!

This year, I created a very different board…well, I still have things like ‘Sexy body’, getting in shape, eating better and being healthy… it’s funny, because I KNOW I need to do all of those things, but what I really need is motivation…hmm…I guess I need to find the word “Motivation”?

My new Vision Board is all about being a ‘Girl on Fire!”, a ‘Rock Star’, living a great life and feeling good. I wrote a book last year, and now I want to write more and inspire more people.  I want to be a millionaire, but I just read that we shouldn’t just want to be a millionaire?  Why not ten-millionaire?  Yeah!  Why not?  Hmm, remind me to fix that…

Taking a few hours to really focus on yourself, think about what you really want, and find real pictures that help you visualize it, is really powerful. The day I spent creating my Vision board, I didn’t think about work, or stress over anything.  I was so focused!  It felt so good to just take a day and make it all about me, and what I want…it was really hard to stop looking through those magazines!  Even after I finished my board, I wanted to keep looking at it…I have it in my room and as  I stand in front of it, taking it all in, I can see my life the way I want it at this moment in my life.  It feels really good and I honestly believe I can have it all!  They say to do this right before you go to bed so you can live out the life you want while you sleep…this, in turn, will manifest into your real life!

I’m going to sleep now…I can’t wait to wake up in my sexy body, counting my ten million dollars, and watching the sunset from my deck overlooking the ocean…wanna join me?  Goodnight!
